Autism Initiatives in the Isle of Man is seeking an experienced HR Adviser to join our HR team. You will deliver a generalist advisory service across the full employee lifecycle, partnering with managers to resolve complex people matters and uphold employment law and organisational values.

Ideally you hold a Level 5 CIPD or are working towards it, and a DBS check is required. The role offers hybrid working, a comprehensive training programme and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience providing generalist HR advisory across the employee lifecycle.
• Ability to advise on attendance, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

Responsibilities
