JOB ROLE: HR Advisor/ Generalist


HOURS: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm


SALARY: £40k - £45k (DOE)


LOCATION: Eastbourne

Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation, is seeking an enthusiastic HR Advisor to join their team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the strategic people partnership within the organisation.


What You'll Do:



  • Partner with managers to provide guidance on workforce planning and organisational development.

  • Lead the planning and implementation of people change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.

  • Coach managers to enhance their change capability and resilience.



  • Take the lead on complex employee relations cases, ensuring fair and legally compliant outcomes.

  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal governance frameworks.



  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job design to a smooth onboarding experience.



  • Support the performance management cycle, including appraisals and development planning.

  • Identify training needs and promote continuous improvement and professional growth within the organisation.



  • Develop and implement people policies in line with legislation and best practises.

  • Identify and drive improvements to HR processes for maximum efficiency.
