A leading HR consultancy in London is seeking a hands-on HR Advisor/Generalist to join their small, satellite HR team. This role offers the opportunity to manage employee relations, draft complex contracts, and support recruitment across the EMEA region. Ideal candidates will have strong experience in employee relations in the UK and proficiency with Workday. The offer includes a salary of £40,000–£50,000 with flexible hybrid working arrangements.

You’ll need to be comfortable having a broad scope and enjoy operational duties as well as HR Advisory.
