Location: this FTC role can be fulfilled on a fully remote basis however if this role was to become permanent there would be a need to travel to the office in Worthing, West Sussex a minimum of once a quarter

Leaders Romans Group are looking for a HR Advisor to join us on a permanent basis. This role is a hybrid role based in our busy HR team in Worthing. This is a chance to join an award winning, national property company who are going through exciting periods of growth and who offer tailored award winning training and development programmes at all levels. The core focus of this role is supporting line managers with employee relations cases for a headcount of circa 700 employees.
