A well-established manufacturing business is seeking an HR Advisor for a Fixed-Term Contract in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. The role requires proactive individuals who can maintain HR systems, support engagement activities, and advise management on HR policies and development. The ideal candidate has experience in HR roles, excellent communication skills, and holds a CIPD qualification.

Job Description:

This is a Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) role.

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Advisor to join a well-established manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all HR systems are maintained and kept up to date with accurate information.
  • Coordinate and support engagement activities on site, including localized events and working with external partners.
  • Advise managers on coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities for their teams.
  • Assist with the implementation of Group HR policies and procedures aligned with the overall people and business strategy.

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience gained in a HR advisor/assistant role, ideally within the manufacturing, logistics, or FMCG sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ideally, you will have gained a Level 3 or 5 CIPD Qualification.

This is a site-based role and will require a driving license due to inaccessibility via public transport.
