Here at GXO, we’re looking for an HR Advisor to join our site supporting a prestigious fashion retailer. Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high‑quality, generalist HR service across the operation. Acting as a trusted partner to managers, you’ll provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, support engagement initiatives and coach leaders to build capability. This is a varied role where you’ll balance operational priorities with longer‑term people initiatives, contributing to a positive, high‑performing workplace culture.
This role is being offered on a 12‑month FTC basis. You will work Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 or 09:00 to 17:00.
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £33,000 per annum and 33 days annual leave (inc. bank holidays).
