Job summary

A reputable logistics firm in Waltham Abbey is looking for an HR Advisor to provide administrative support across various HR functions. Responsibilities include recruitment, employee record management, and providing HR advice. The ideal candidate should have proven HR experience, excellent communication skills, and be detail-oriented. The role offers a salary of approximately £35,000 per annum and benefits such as increased holiday entitlement and employer pension contributions.

Benefits

Holidays – 23 days rising to 25 after 3 complete years of service

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for all HR-related queries.
  • Support management through day-to-day administrative duties.
  • Administer HR documentation and employee records.
  • Assist in the recruitment process and onboarding.
  • Handle compliance on UK legislation.

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to plan and organise work effectively
Good knowledge of MS Excel & Word
