A spectacular law firm are looking for an experienced HR Advisors to join their team on a full time basis for a dynamic and multi-layered role within the Birmingham City Centre offices. The successful candidate will possess previous experience within a HR Shared Services Centre environment in a true generalist role and will be expected to carry out the following duties:

Primarily, manage the day to day performance and delivery of the HR Support TeamHelping manager and advise line managers with ER casesAdvising on low to high level ER casesOrganise and carry out regular one to ones and annual performance reviewsEnsure operations are within the agreed Service Level AgreementsProvide specific project support for annual activities including promotions, performance management etcManage and maintain process improvementsOnboarding and offboarding of employeesHelping with policy and proceduresSupporting the immigration team with VISA applications/renewalsHR Project managementDue to the nature of the role, the successful applicant must possess the following qualities:Minimum of 2/3 years experience within a Shared Services and HR Advisory team environment is essentialIn depth knowledge of HR processes and proceduresExceptional time management and planning abilitiesExcellent communication skills both verbally and writtenGood Microsoft Word and Excel capabilitiesCIPD level 5 qualification (or similar)This is a fantastic company to work for in fabulous first class central offices.
