HR Advisor - Fixed Term Contract (3 months - Potential to extend)

£30,000

Days - 25 Hour Working Week (Split between 4 or 5 days - flexibility)

Description

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Advisor to join our dynamic team on a fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your HR expertise within a leading manufacturing business. The role involves providing comprehensive HR support across the business while contributing to a wide range of HR functions.

Responsibilities

Join us as an HR Advisor and make a significant impact within our team during a crucial period. As part of the team, you will:

  1. Provide essential HR support and guidance across all levels of the organization.
  2. Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and providing mediation.
  3. Support the recruitment process, including coordination and interviewing.
  4. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  5. Conduct HR audits to ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  6. Manage time-sensitive HR projects and initiatives as they arise.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  1. A minimum of CIPD Level 3 Qualification.
  2. Proven experience in a similar HR Advisor role, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
