A public safety organization in Glasgow is looking for an HR professional to join their Employee Relations and Reward team. The successful candidate will support various HR functions, including complex employee relations matters, while aligning with their people strategy. As part of the team working in the Human Resources Division, you can make a real difference by supporting the provision of Human Resources to our officers and staff across the second largest police force in the UK.
This role sits within our Employee Relations and Reward team, giving you the opportunity to work at the heart of some of our most important people priorities.
You will support us in delivering our people strategy and be involved in a wide variety including complex employee relations matters, trade union and statutory staff association relationships, mediation, redeployment and collective agreements as well as helping shape our pay and reward practices.
