As part of the team working in the Human Resources Division, you can make a real difference by supporting the provision of Human Resources to our officers and staff across the second largest police force in the UK.

This role sits within our Employee Relations and Reward team, giving you the opportunity to work at the heart of some of our most important people priorities.

You will support us in delivering our people strategy and be involved in a wide range including complex employee relations matters, trade union and statutory staff association relationships, mediation, redeployment and collective agreements as well as helping shape our pay and reward practices.

We believe our people are our most important asset and investing in them is fundamental to the success of introducing new and emerging solutions and support to our front-line.
