HR Advisor (Associate)

Contract to Dec 2025

Glasgow

We're looking for an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join our People team. As HR Advisor you'll provide trusted support across a wide range of HR activities, with a special focus on vetting and onboarding processes. It's an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

Responsibilities of the HR Advisor include

  • Supporting day-to-day HR operations and delivering high-quality advice and guidance to employees and managers
  • Leading on vetting coordination-ensuring all pre-employment and compliance checks are completed in line with company policy
  • Acting as the key point of contact for vetting queries, working closely with external partners and internal stakeholders
  • Monitoring vetting risk and status, ensuring completion within agreed SLAs across all screening categories
  • Helping to track and report on vetting data, including daily progress updates
  • Contributing to wider HR projects and supporting the delivery of key people initiatives

The successful HR Advisor will have:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills-able to work across teams and with external partners
  • Confidence in managing sensitive information and delivering advice with discretion
  • Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or vetting processes is a plus
