Job Description
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
- Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Support the delivery of HR projects and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Manage HR data and reporting, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Advise managers on performance management processes and assist with implementation.
- Coordinate training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Handle queries related to benefits, policies, and procedures, providing clear and effective communication.
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to drive continuous improvement in processes and practices.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- A strong understanding of Human Resources practices and employment law.
- Previous experience in a similar HR role
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with stakeholders
