Job summary

Complii is seeking an HR Advisor to join our central team. The role supports managers and employees across the Complii Group, delivering expert advice on employee relations, employment legislation, and people processes while promoting best practice and a positive employee experience.

Initially offered as a Fixed-Term Contract, there is a genuine opportunity for this position to become permanent for the right person as our business expands.

Qualifications

• Previous HR Advisor or generalist experience handling employee relations cases.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Ability to provide pragmatic, commercially focused HR guidance while maintaining confidentiality.
• Strong communication, organisation, and documentation skills.
• CIPD Level 5 or working towards would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied employee relations caseload including disciplinaries, grievances, and investigations.
• Providing accurate advice to managers on employment law, HR policies, and people processes.
• Supporting HR operations across the employee lifecycle with accurate records and compliant processes.
• Building relationships with managers to support performance, engagement, and wellbeing.
