You will work across our Group, interacting with lots of different team members requiring a variety of communication channels.

You can work from home and be able travel to other office locations within the UK as the need arises. We are a sociable bunch and wish to meet up in our central London office a few times per month.

  • Assistance to Head of HR with aspects of change management ensuring change is planned, managed, and implemented in accordance with the business needs.
  • Collaborate with HR Leadership team, to collate and analyse people related data to establish trends and propose resolutions to identified issues.

Requirements:

  • Experience using Workday is strongly preferred.
  • CIPD level 5 (or working towards) or equivalent. With up-to-date knowledge of employment relations and employment law, combined with proven application of this.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment with high volume case management experience.
  • Pro-active approach to continuous process improvements.
  • Ability to work on your own as well as part of a team, with high attention to detail at all times.
  • Good Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.

A career that you define. At Howden, we value diversity - there is no one Howden type. Instead, we're looking for individuals who share the same values as us:
