We have a superb opportunity for aHR Advisorto join ourHuman Resourcesteam. In this 12-month FTC, we are looking for a forward-thinking, personable, self-motivated individual who enjoys providing a pro-active HR Advisory Service to Managers and Employees. This will include acting as the main point of contact for HR policy and procedure inquiries to a delegated business area within a hybrid working environment.

This role will see you developing your organisational skills, honing your HR process and best practice knowledge, whilst multi-tasking efficiently. You will work across our Group, interacting with lots of different team members requiring a variety of communication channels.

You can work from home and be able travel to other office locations within the UK as the need arises. We are a sociable bunch and wish to meet up in our central London office a few times per month.

Responsibilities:

  • Support, coach, and challenge line management with people focused issues prioritising as appropriate, ensuring cases are managed to quality standards and timescales.

  • Proactively handle employee relations issues.

  • Assist and support with the onboarding of acquisitions.

  • Provide support across several projects on the HR plan and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR procedures, including HR Systems, policies and practices.

  • Assistance to Head of HR with aspects of change management ensuring change is planned, managed, and implemented in accordance with the business needs.

  • Collaborate with HR Leadership team, to collate and analyse people related data to establish trends and propose resolutions to identified issues.

Requirements:

  • Experience using Workday is strongly preferred.

  • CIPD level 5 (or working towards) or equivalent. With up-to-date knowledge of employment relations and employment law, combined with proven application of this.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment with high volume case management experience.

  • Pro-active approach to continuous process improvements.

  • Ability to work on your own as well as part of a team, with high attention to detail at all times.

  • Good Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.
