Working for a leading industrial consumable products provider, as HR Advisor you will cover a generalist type function, getting involved in a bit of everything. From ER to recruitment, you will assist across the board. This role is a 12 Month Fixed Term contract.

Salary – £30,000

Location – South East London, Erith

Role Type – 12 Month FTC / Full Time / Mon – Fri / 8:30-5

The Role

You'll deliver proactive, hands-on support across the full employee lifecycle. In this generalist role, you'll advise managers and employees on HR policies, employment law, and best practices, while managing employee relations issues such as investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances.

You'll play a key part in recruitment, onboarding, learning and development coordination, and supporting payroll with accurate data. You'll also maintain HR systems and records in line with GDPR and support performance management processes, including probation and appraisals.

Importantly, this role also contributes to HR projects, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives.

Previous experience in a similar role, sound knowledge of UK employment law, and confidence using HR systems are essential. CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience is desirable although sound and relevant experience on its own will be considered.
