Morson are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a leading national business, headquartered in York, to recruit a HR Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional to step into a true generalist role with exposure to the full employee lifecycle. You'll be joining a supportive, collaborative team in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. The Role
  • As HR Advisor, you will: Provide expert advice on HR, ER and policy matters.
  • Manage employee relations cases with fairness and efficiency.
  • Coach and support managers on recruitment, performance and HR best practice.
  • Maintain HR systems and ensure accurate records.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding and induction activities.
  • Partner with managers on organisational design and succession planning.
  • Deliver training, workshops and initiatives to build capability.
  • Support change management and embed new ways of working.
  • Contribute to HR projects and delivery of the People Plan.
About You
  • Minimum 1 year's experience as a HR Advisor (or similar role).
  • Strong knowledge across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Experience in a fast-paced HR function.
  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
