Role Overview

This role supports the regional HR Advisory team at the operational and executional level, assisting in employee lifecycle processes across multiple client groups, locations, and stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities

  • Business Support: Support HR initiatives, assist with employee lifecycle matters, participate in culture and engagement initiatives, respond to queries, conduct exit interviews, and produce reports.
  • Employee Relations: Support Employee Relations cases, manage absences, and assist with flexible working, capability, and redundancy processes, ensuring adherence to policies.
  • Talent: Assist with talent lifecycle management, including succession planning, development, and performance reviews.
  • HR Analytics: Generate reports and manage Equality Commission reporting.
  • General: Collaborate with HR teams, support service delivery, respond to queries, stay informed on legislative changes, and perform other duties as assigned.

Experience / Competences

  • Strong communication skills adaptable to various audiences.
  • Teamwork and relationship-building skills.
  • HRIS experience, preferably with Workday.
