A leading HR consultancy in the Teesside area is seeking a skilled HR Advisor for a 12-month fixed term role. The position involves providing comprehensive HR support, assisting with HR systems implementation, and coaching managers on people management activities. Ideal candidates will have proven HR advisory experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This opportunity may lead to further extensions or a permanent role.

A vacancy has arisen for an established, international business with a base in the Teesside area. Our client is looking to appoint a HR Advisor on a fixed term basis for a period of 12 months. The role will work as part of a HR team and provide an effective HR advice and support service to managers and employees at all levels across the organisation. The role will also support the execution of a major HR systems implementation project across the business.

The role will be based from the Middlesborough Head Office.
The successful candidate will ideally have proven HR advisory experience gained from within a fast-paced and commercial HR department. Previous experience of supporting with HR systems projects will be highly advantageous. This is a fantastic opportunity to support an impressive organisation over the next 12 months and get involved in an interesting variety of day-to-day and project HR activities.
Although there is no guarantee, the position may be further extended or made permanent.
