Overview

We're pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for experienced HR professionals to join our HR Operations Team as an HR Advisor.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance to a diverse range of stakeholders, ensuring alignment with relevant policies, procedures and employment legislation.
  • Support employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, attendance management, dignity at work, and performance capability with a particular focus on supporting attendance.
  • Contribute to the HR Advice Hub by responding to enquiries and delivering high-quality support across the organisation and to customers.
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with colleagues, trade unions, and external partners.
  • Travel within and occasionally outside the borough will be required. A full valid UK driving licence is essential.
Requirements / Skills
  • Professional, solution-focused HR advice with experience in employee relations.
  • Ability to translate challenges into practical, business-focused solutions.
  • Knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
