Your new role
As a HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining effective working relationships with managers and employees. You will provide day-to-day support and advice on HR policies, practices, and procedures, and manage employee relations queries. Your responsibilities will include supporting the full employee lifecycle, managing grievance and disciplinary issues, ensuring employee welfare, maintaining the HR database, and organising benefit schemes.
