Overview

Tricel is on the lookout for a dynamic HR expert to champion people-focused support for line managers across the business. Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational design.
  • Recruitment at all levels of the organisation to ensure that we attract high calibre candidates.
  • Support the employee life cycle in such areas as: onboarding, induction, stay interviews, career pathway support and offboarding etc.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and recognition programs that make us an employer of choice.
  • Implement and maintain policies and procedures that promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Take an active part in HR processes including attendance, capability and disciplinary meetings as appropriate, advising management in line with Company best practice.
  • Support the delivery of HR metrics.
  • Ensure that all HR related documentation is up to date and saved correctly to our HR system.
  • Leading and supporting on projects to support the development of Group initiatives.
  • Utilise and maintain our HR Software system, UKG.
  • Any other duties to support the needs of the business.
Candidate Profile
  • CIPD level qualification 3 or a level 5 qualification in a related discipline is required.
  • A passion for working with people and excellent communication skills.
  • A proven track record with experience of working in a progressive HR environment.
  • Ability to prioritise workload.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, balancing day-to-day prioritise with long-term objectives.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experience of reporting.
  • Willingness to travel to site locations across the Group.
