A leading defense contractor is seeking an experienced HR Advisor for their Devonport site. This full-time role involves advising on employee relations, implementing corporate policies, and supporting HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in employee relations and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position offers hybrid working arrangements and a comprehensive benefits package, including a pension scheme and health consultations.

This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with three to four days onsite at Devonport.
