Experience in HR advisory roles within manufacturing/industrial settings.

GRG are pleased to be exclusively recruiting an experienced HR Advisor working for a leading manufacturing organisation.

This role reports directly into the Senior HR Advisor and is a combination of operational day to day support and supporting the wider HR strategy.

Responsibilities:

First POC for all general HR queries
Employee relations - dealing with 1st stage enquiries and low level ER case management such as absences, performance management, exit processes
Managing absence data reporting
Support HR Shared Service Function
Supporting HR Projects
Policy and Compliance
Recruitment and Onboarding
Employee Engagement

About You:

Experience HR Advisor / Officer / Generalist
Experience working within a manufacturing / industrial setting
Minimum Level 3 CIPD Qualified. Ideally working towards or achieved Level 5 CIPD
Forward thinking
Proactive
Impeccable communication skills
