Would you like to work for a consultancy where you will be getting regular exposure to a variety of ER matters within a large range of different companies and industries?

We are looking for a HR Advisor/Manager to join and complement a small team of HR professionals within a successful growing outsource business.

Based in Warwick with an option for some hybrid working, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and the delivery of day-to-day queries on all aspects of human resources, attending meetings on client sites as appropriate and helping to grow the business.

This is a busy and varied role within a growing business which will require a degree of flexibility and a willingness to travel (usually within the Midlands region, but occasionally further afield), with the opportunity for career progression.

Main Duties

  1. Telephone response - to answer incoming calls, and to provide HR advice.
  2. Providing an exceptional, timely HR service to our clients offering practical, user-friendly advice.
  3. Attending and leading ER meetings alongside and on behalf of clients.
  4. Drafting bespoke letters, policies, contracts of employment, and handbooks for our clients, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
  5. Conducting ad-hoc HR projects for clients, such as restructures, redundancy projects, policy development, etc.
  6. Account manage key clients with regular on-site support as our client base grows.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Enthusiastic person who is passionate about HR and providing first-class customer service.
  2. CIPD qualified to level 5 is preferred, but we will also consider someone with a good breadth of generalist HR experience.
  3. Sound knowledge of employment law and a commitment to keeping up to date with legislative changes.
  4. Excellent written English, good numeracy skills, and an ability to be accurate even at speed.
  5. Good administrative skills and IT literate.
  6. Great organiser and communicator, with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
  7. Enjoy problem-solving and be able to demonstrate sound judgement to deliver solutions that fit.
  8. Keen to work in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Car owner and a full driving licence essential.
  10. Enjoy working as part of a small close team.
