Job Description

Culina Group is hiring a HR Advisor to support our expanding site in Deeside.

This is a fantastic opportunity in a fast-paced environment, providing a proactive HR service to the HRBP and management team.

The role holder will be responsible for supporting their assigned HR Business Partners on HR-related matters.

Key Duties

  1. Provide case-managed ER support to the HRBP team as required.
  2. Prepare case management packs for HRBP and Line Managers.
  3. Provide HR guidance, coaching, and advice to line managers as appropriate.
  4. Provide data and statistics for the Head of HR Operations as required.
  5. Attend disciplinary, grievance, and absence-related meetings as required.
  6. Support mediation and resolution of employee relations issues; conduct thorough investigations when necessary.
  7. Support HR operational projects following guidance from HRBP, including site restructuring, new builds, closures, and TUPE.
  8. Assist HRBP with site initiatives such as resourcing events, engagement initiatives, and survey responses.
  9. Work with HRBP and site management to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity, engagement, and retention.
  10. Run reports for HRBP as required.
  11. Provide holiday cover for HRBP and other HR Advisors as needed.
  12. Support HR administrative tasks as necessary.
  13. Perform additional HR tasks as required.

Qualifications

To apply for the HR Advisor role, you should have:

  • Knowledge of HR legislation
  • Proven experience advising on HR matters (grievance, disciplinary, performance management, absence, etc.)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Ability to build trust, respect, and openness
  • High-level IT skills with MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
