HR Advisor - Global Financial Services
Central London | Up to £55,000 | Full-time, Permanent

Are you a confident HR generalist looking to grow your career in a dynamic, international business? We're partnering with a leading global financial services organisation to recruit an HR Advisor to join their small but highly effective HR team in central London.

This is a varied role where you'll take ownership of day-to-day HR operations while contributing to wider people initiatives and projects that shape the business. You'll deliver a high-quality HR service across the UK and European offices, supporting managers on:

  • Recruitment and onboarding
  • Performance and capability management
  • Absence, grievance, and disciplinary cases
  • Flexible working requests
  • Training and development activities
What we’re looking for
  • Proven HR advisory experience in financial services, professional services, or a corporate head office setting
  • Strong generalist skills across the full employee lifecycle
  • Confidence managing recruitment processes end-to-end
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Experience supporting managers with ER issues including absence, performance, and disciplinary
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels
  • Professionalism, discretion, and a keen eye for detail

You'll be joining a collaborative and supportive HR team where your input will be valued, and autonomy encouraged. Alongside managing a broad HR remit, you'll have the chance to contribute to key projects within a globally recognised business that offers exposure, variety, and long-term career potential.

Working hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:15pm
