Job Description

HR Advisor. Westhoughton. 12 month FTC. £25k-£30k.

An established company is looking for an experienced HR advisor for 12 months to cover MAT leave. Duties will include:

Maintaining accurate HR records, updating the database.
Being the point of contact for staff queries.
Supporting the recruitment process - setting up interviews, onboarding new starters.
Dealing with ER caseload - disciplinaries, grievances, etc.
