The role of HR Advisor is about working with key stakeholders and colleagues within the business to handle people-related matters, including managing employee relations cases to ensure fairness and consistency. Join us to gain exposure to a complex business environment and provide high-level support across various cases. We seek your experience and knowledge in managing employee relations; you will support the team and the business with your flexibility.

This role is based at the Burnley office.
