If so, this exciting HR Advisor role could be perfect for you.

Job Details:
  • Title: HR Advisor
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Salary: GBP35,000
  • Location: A short walk from Gunnersbury station
  • Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
  • Work Pattern: Hybrid (4 days in the office, 1 day from home)

As an HR Advisor, you will work alongside the HR Business Partner to deliver timely and accurate HR services to the wider organization. This charity offers various community support services, including programs for youth and the elderly through exercise initiatives.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the HR inbox
  • Processing and updating employee records in the HR system
  • Coordinating recruitment administration such as scheduling interviews
  • Onboarding new employees, including raising contracts
  • Managing DBS checks and safeguarding for new starters
  • Updating payroll changes

Key skills and experience required:

  • Experience in a busy, diverse HR role
  • Understanding of HR best practices
  • Knowledge of employment legislation
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within the charity sector
