The Opportunity:
As a HR Advisor, you ll be instrumental in:
  • HR support for managers, offering practical advice and guidance
  • Provide coaching and one-on-one support whenever it s needed
  • Keep HR policies and procedures up to date, and help managers understand how to use them
  • Representing HR in internal and external audits, showcasing commitment to people-first practices
  • Maintaining accurate payroll and time-and-attendance records to support our colleagues
  • Partner with the Senior Management Team to drive a strong site culture focused on food safety, H&S, ethics, and environmental and energy responsibility
About You:
We are looking for someone who brings:
  • Experience in a HR generalist role, ideally in a dynamic environment
  • Proven ability to manage a varied ER caseload
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment law, with a people-first mindset
  • Confidence to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism

Desirable: CIPD qualification and experience in FMCG or a similar industry
