Permanent, Part Time (25-30 hours per week)

Based at Rennie House, Tring with some travel between all Rennie Grove Peace locations required to meet business needs.

Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for a new role where you can truly make a difference?

We’re seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our busy People team who is skilled in building strong stakeholder relationships.

You’ll have proven experience as an HR Advisor and be CIPD qualified Level 5 or qualified by experience, proficient with HR systems and the Microsoft Office Suite and be confident advising managers of all levels in the practical application of UK employment law.

This is a generalist role where you’ll be responsible for a wide range of HR activities and you will contribute to a team who are committed to improving processes, systems and ways of working.

You will work as part of the People Team which includes HR, Volunteering, Learning and Colleague Engagement. We have just launched our new strategy and one of our key priorities is People and the team’s objectives are focused on supporting Rennie Grove Peace to retain and attract a workforce with the right skills and potential to our strategy and drive strong performance. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring a positive and fulfilling work environment for our workforce.
