Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide high-quality HR support across the organisation on site. You’ll partner with managers and employees, provide practical advice, support employee relations and contribute to HR projects, change initiatives and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include advising on employment law, managing employee relations and absence, recruitment and onboarding, payroll and pensions support, HR systems, GDPR compliance and data accuracy,

Qualifications

  • Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience as HR Advisor or similar in manufacturing, distribution or commercial environments.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law, employee relations and absence management.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Confident using HRIS, Microsoft Office and Excel, with strong attention to detail.
