The Role

As the HR Advisor, you will be instrumental in providing first-line HR support across a multi-site region. Key Responsibilities

  1. Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing timely and practical advice
  2. Manage a caseload of employee relations cases – including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance issues
  3. Support and coach managers to become more confident in people leadership
  4. Maintain accurate documentation and take ownership of your HR admin
  5. Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with employment law
  6. Liaise with internal stakeholders and legal teams on more complex cases
  7. Support recruitment and onboarding processes as needed

Benefits Include

Travel Requirements

Due to the nature of the role and organisation, the successful candidate will need to be able to travel on an occasional basis across the South East region. Ideally, you’ll be based in or near Somerset to support services in that area. A driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.

Essential Criteria

  1. Experience in a busy HR Advisor or similar role
