Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll be the go-to HR presence for employees and line managers across retail, logistics, manufacturing, and commercial teams. You’ll provide coaching and guidance to line managers, contribute to HR projects, support ER cases, and, most importantly, be that HR presence, looking out for the employees and helping to take stress away from the line managers.
