A leading healthcare provider in Stockport is seeking a Band 5 HR Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. The role requires providing professional HR advice and support, implementing HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies. The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent experience and CIPD membership, alongside strong analytical and organizational skills. We are seeking a Band 5 HR Advisor to join our friendly and supportive HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover Maternity Leave, working 37.5 hours per week.
If you are an existing NHS Employee, the role will be offered on a secondment basis only. You should gain agreement from your current employer before applying to be released on secondment.

To provide a focused HR service, ensuring professional, proactive, comprehensive, and effective HR advice and support is provided to line managers within designated business groups throughout the Trust. The role involves ensuring that the service provided is consistent within defined quality standards and all relevant policies and procedures, to effectively implement the HR strategy, objectives, and KPIs across the organization.
