HR Advisor Responsibilities:

Supporting and advising managers in employee relations and performance management matters
Managing contract changes and employee requests
Coordinating medicals and occupational health appointments
Identifying training needs using personal development plans (PDPs) and appraisals data
Supporting and coordinating training and development activities
Maintaining training records and creating a training calendar and internal training programmes and apprenticeship programmes
Supporting with people projects
Supporting recruitment, creating job ads, CV filtering and interviewing potential candidates
Ensuring GDPR compliance and confidentiality
Required Experience:

Experience in an advisory role ideally CIPD qualified
A desire to undertake training and development
A positive nature with the ability to motivate others
Experience working in highly confidential environments
