HR Advisor Responsibilities:
  • Supporting and advising managers in employee relations and performance management matters
  • Managing contract changes and employee requests
  • Coordinating medicals and occupational health appointments
  • Identifying training needs using personal development plans (PDPs) and appraisals data
  • Supporting and coordinating training and development activities
  • Maintaining training records and creating a training calendar and internal training programmes and apprenticeship programmes
  • Supporting with people projects
  • Supporting recruitment, creating job ads, CV filtering and interviewing potential candidates
  • Ensuring GDPR compliance and confidentiality

Required Experience:
  • Experience in an advisory role ideally CIPD qualified
  • A desire to undertake training and development
  • A positive nature with the ability to motivate others
  • Experience working in highly confidential environments
