Qualifications

Elevation Recruitment Group HR are excited to be working with an education provider in Sheffield who are seeking a HR Advisor to join their established team on a full time, permanent basis .

As a HR Advisor you will report directly into HR Manager. This is an onsite role working across two Sheffield sites supporting a headcount of circa 2000 employees. This is a fully generalist role overseeing the full employee lifecycle whilst adhering to Ofsted and CQC policies and regulations.

As a HR Advisor your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Supporting and coaching managers on employee relations issues and processes
  • Managing an ER caseload including long term sickness, grievances and conducting investigations
  • Ensuring new starters have been correctly vetted and are compliant with legal framework
  • Ensuring HRIS information and processes are kept up to date
  • Re-writing and updating HR Policies
  • Supporting the recruitment team with recruitment processes and selection
  • Advising the management team on workforce planning

The right person for the role will have at least 1 years’ experience in a HR Advisor role within an educational setting and ideally have a CIPD qualification.
