Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for your next opportunity? Ashley Kate is delighted to be partnering with a global business to recruit a HR Advisor for a 12-month maternity cover.

Interim HR Advisor - 12 Months FTC

Location: Sheffield (predominantly site-based)

Full-time, up to £38k

Reporting directly to the MD, you will operate in a standalone role, managing the full employee lifecycle from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  1. Manage ER casework from start to finish, providing support to operational managers.
  2. Support recruitment processes.
  3. Assist the wider HR team with projects and initiatives.
  4. Oversee onboarding and leavers processes.
We are looking for:
  • Proven HR generalist experience.
  • Hands-on experience managing ER casework.
  • Experience in construction, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ideally CIPD qualified.
