This unique HR Advisory role is open to HR professionals at any level, offering invaluable experience advising on a wide range of HR processes and Employment Law for over 30,000 clients across various sectors. The HR Advisor will be responsible for providing reliable, commercially focused HR and Employment Law advice over the phone to clients, handling general to complex queries. You will participate in an excellent training program and have the potential to gain a part post-graduate qualification.

The HR Advisor will also be responsible for:

• Supporting clients with quality advice efficiently via email or call, depending on client preference, primarily through call advice.
• Handling calls from clients regarding HR issues such as absence management, grievances, disciplinaries, etc.
• Providing clients with supporting information/documentation to facilitate implementation of advice.
• Using your HR and employment law expertise to develop clear, actionable answers.
• Reviewing client documentation and offering tailored advice considering internal terms and conditions.
• Ensuring all advice requests are handled within the relevant SLA.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Good employment law knowledge through studies or work experience.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.
• Experience working in a KPI/target-driven environment, ideally in a shared service center, is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• An organized, self-starting attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
