Positions Available: HR Co-ordinator and HR Advisor
- Manage recruitment, from posting jobs to onboarding
- Keep employee records up to date
- Provide general HR support and help with employee queries
- Provide expert advice to managers and staff
- Handle complex employee relations issues (disciplinary, grievances)
- Support HR policies and performance reviews
- Help with recruitment and talent management
Our client is seeking someone with a minimum of two years co-ordination experience, strong organisational experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude with attention to detail. Proven experience as an HR Advisor (minimum 3 years) is required, along with strong knowledge of UK employment law and wide-ranging generalist experience. If you have an area of interest within HR, it would be beneficial to advise.
