You are an HR professional eager to develop your skills and looking for the next step in your career. As a member of the HR team, you will work closely with the HR Manager and Head of HR to provide operational HR support primarily to ICL Boulby but also to support other UK entities when required. You will be a key individual driving continuous improvement in the HR Service Delivery within the UK.
The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Advisor to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will manage HR documentation, assist with recruitment processes, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
You will be customer-focused with a high level of interaction with employees and supporting our shared service team with HRIS administration in SuccessFactors.
