A leading automotive parts distributor is seeking an HR Advisor for their Rotherham distribution center. This role involves managing employee relations cases, providing guidance to managers, and resolving issues while ensuring compliance with internal policies. Ideal candidates will have CIPD level 5, strong communication skills, and at least 2 years of experience in employee relations.

We are looking for a HR Advisor to join the team based at our new distribution centre in Rotherham.
This role will be responsible for managing and effectively resolving a large number of employee relations cases in compliance with company policies and procedures.
You will have responsibility for managing a client group of c1000 employees within a geographical region.
This role will require exceptional communication and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
