A leading energy provider in the UK is looking for an HR Advisor to support various corporate functions. Responsibilities include case management, producing reports, and delivering people plans. Candidates should have proven HR experience, be CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards, and possess strong analytical skills. The HR Advisor position supports our Corporate Functions (Technology, Finance, Legal, Commercial, Strategy and Regulation, and the Executive), reporting directly to the Senior HR Business Partner – an employee headcount of 500+. The People (HR) Advisor is our dedicated first point of contact for employees and managers, offering tailored HR advice on all employee‑related issues. You’ll support predominantly in case management (ER), plus a wide variety of other generalist HR responsibilities such as People Planning, Talent, Reward, Recruitment and analysis and reporting. This position will give excellent experience for someone aspiring to move into an HR Business Partner in the future.
