Qualifications

  • Experience in advising on employee relations including disciplinary and grievance processes.
  • Ability to manage the recruitment cycle from job design to onboarding.

What you'll be doing

As HR Adviser, you'll play a key role in supporting managers and employees across the full HR spectrum:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle - from job design to interviews and onboarding
  • Providing clear advice on employee relations (disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability, redundancy, flexible working)
  • Supporting change, engagement and wellbeing initiatives
  • Keeping HR policies, systems and procedures up to date
  • Recording and preparing accurate documentation for formal HR processes
  • Working closely with the HR Manager on long-term people strategy

About you
