HR Advisor - Public Sector | Oxford (Hybrid)
I'm currently working with a valued Public Sector client to recruit a permanent HR Advisor to join their current team of five.
Your New Role
As an HR Advisor, you'll manage a broad range of employee relations cases including:
You'll provide consistent, compliant, and timely advice to managers, helping build their confidence in handling people matters. You'll also contribute to organisational development initiatives.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Proven experience in managing ER casework
Exposure to organisational development processes
Strong working knowledge of UK Employment Law
