In this role, you will support managers and employees across various HR operations, manage employee relations, and handle performance management. The ideal candidate will have generalist HR experience, preferably CIPD qualified, and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills. We are looking for a HR Advisor to join our small HR team. You will provide support to managers and employees in all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including employee engagement, performance management, absence management, onboarding, discipline, and grievance. This is an operational hands-on role, so you will need to have experience in all areas of HR operations and be able to support organisational change, manage HR systems/data, and produce HR reports. This role reports to the HR Manager and will work closely with senior stakeholders.
