Job description

Are you due to finish a contract or are you immediately available?

Hays HR is delighted to be supporting an organisation with sites across the UK in the recruitment of an HR Advisor to join the HR function on a 12-month FTC. This role is located on site 4 days a week with 1 day from home and ad-hoc travel. Within your new position you will report to the HR Manager and be the first point of contact within your division, providing advice and guidance to managers on a wide range of HR issues while supporting organisational development and recruitment.


Responsibilities include:
  • Provide advice and support to the managers across the organisation on all HR policies and procedures, employment issues and legislation
  • Coaching and mentoring managers to support HR cases
  • Provide advice from start to finish on a range of HR matters, including disciplinary, grievances, absence management and capability/performance management.
  • Support on projects across the organisation
  • Provide data analytics
  • Support on organisational change

What you'll need to succeed:
  • Driving Licence
  • Working in an HR Advisor role previously
  • Experience of dealing with a wide range of employee relations
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • CIPD Qualified or working towards
  • Multi-site experience (Desirable)
